Church Leaders Today Feel These Tensions

  • Your church is facing cultural change faster than leaders can process it
  • Traditional church growth strategies are not working like they did
  • Leaders are reacting to problems instead of guiding the future
  • Churches need foresight leadership, not just more advice

Missional coaching equips leaders to help churches navigate change and move toward a healthier future.

For more than 10 years, Bob Whitesel has personally trained one-on-one church consultants, denominational leaders, and pastors in a proven, practical process for guiding churches through change.

50+ leaders have completed Missional Coach certification and now serve churches across multiple denominations.

Missional Coaches help congregations move from reacting to leading with foresight.

Cost
Missional Coach Training includes twelve monthly learning sessions each year, with opportunities for one-on-one interaction and insights from Dr. Whitesel. The standard cost is $2,500 annually.

  • Scholarships are frequently available, reducing the cost to approximately $1,500 per year for qualified participants.
  • This is comparable to the cost of many ministry conferences but provides a full year of coaching training.
  • Most participants are pastors, consultants, or ministry leaders who are investing in learning how to coach churches more effectively. Many also value the opportunity for personal conversation and mentoring time with Dr. Whitesel during the training process.

If you are interested in the training, we encourage you to schedule a CoLab conversation to explore whether this program is a good fit.
